  Second Semester B.Ed. Field Trip Travelogue: Vagamon & Paruthumpara On June 12, 2025 , the "Pedagogiezz" (B.Ed. Batch 2024-2026) of Peet Memorial Training College embarked on an educational and adventurous field trip to the misty heights of Vagamon and Paruthumpara. Organized by student coordinators Sefon Sanu Mathew and Joyal Joseph , the group was accompanied by faculty members Dr. Sony Mary Varghese, Dr. Mumtas S., and Dr. Velayudhan T. Nair . The Journey Begins The trip commenced from the college campus at 5:25 am following a prayer by Joyal Joseph. Traveling via a scenic route through Pathanamthitta and Ranni, the group picked up fellow students at various stations including Pandalam and Peerumede. After a hearty breakfast in Mundakayam, the team reached their first major destination in the high altitudes.   EAT @ PEET Food Festival 2025 On June 3, 2025 , the Dyuthi College Union transformed the Peet Memorial Training College campus into a culinary hub with the "EAT @ PEET" Food Festival . The event kicked off at 1:30 pm with a welcome address by the Staff Advisor, Dr. Sony Mary Varghese , followed by a presidential speech from the Principal, Dr. Alie Molly Verghis . The festival was officially inaugurated by Mr. Jacob C. John , Headmaster of Bishop Hodges Higher Secondary School, who performed a ceremonial cake cutting. The event also served as a warm welcome for a new guest lecturer, who was introduced to the college community during the opening session.   World Environment Day Celebrations 2025: "End Plastic Pollution" On June 5, 2025 , the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS), conducted a special program at Peet Memorial Training College to observe World Environment Day. The event, which began at 10:00 am, was centered around the critical theme of "End Plastic Pollution." The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Mumtas S. , the NSS Unit Programme Officer. During her talk, she detailed the detrimental effects of plastic waste on the global ecosystem and the long-term damage it inflicts on the Earth’s natural health. A key focus of her message was the pivotal role educators play in fostering "civic sense" within the student community. She urged future teachers to become advocates for environmental protection and to lead by example in maintaining sustainable surroundings.

  Reopening Day Worship Service 2025 Peet Memorial Training College marked the commencement of the new academic session following the summer break with a solemn Worship Service on June 2, 2025 . The gathering was held at 10:00 am, bringing together students and faculty to seek blessings for the year ahead. The service opened with a prayer led by Rev. C.I. Jose , Vicar of CSI Christ Church and Bursar of the college. Following the initial prayer, the Religious Association led the congregation in a period of worship and reflection. A central part of the service featured an inspiring message delivered by Mrs. Sneha , who shared words of encouragement and focus for the academic community as they returned to their studies and professional duties. The service concluded at 11:15 am, setting a peaceful and purposeful tone for the reopening of the institution.
