18/08/2025 - 22/08/2025  The Onam Examination held on school. I was assigned with exam duty. The exam duty experience was so good and it gave a new experience to be an invigilater.I sincerly done my duty and students were okay in the class though some of the students had done some malpractices and i stopped them from doing it. Eventhough students assessed themselves in the exams and they mentally got ready for the Onam Holidays.

The observer offered positive commendations on my instructional style, noting my clear vocal delivery, effective classroom management, and the natural rapport I maintained with the students. While the feedback was largely encouraging, the session also yielded constructive suggestions for growth, specifically regarding the optimization of time management and the implementation of more targeted support for slow learners.     04/08/2025 to 08/08/2025 Building on the momentum of previous weeks, my third week of teaching practice proved to be both seamless and highly productive. I utilized interactive pedagogical techniques, such as storytelling and collaborative pair activities, to deliver English lessons that resonated with the students. This engagement resulted in a noticeable boost in student participation and a steady improvement in their overall learning outcomes. As I became more comfortable in the classroom environment, my confidence continued to grow alongside my ability to manage the class dynamics efficiently.    28/07/2025 to 1/08/2025  During my second week of teaching practice, I experienced a notable increase in my confidence and ability to manage the classroom effectively. By implementing learner-centered strategies—including group activities, role-playing, and pair discussions—and integrating audio-visual aids, I was able to create an engaging and meaningful environment that students truly enjoyed. This approach led to active participation and a visible improvement in their language proficiency. Beyond instruction, I placed a strategic focus on refining my classroom and time management skills while ensuring that slow learners received the individual attention they needed to succeed.   My involvement also extended to the broader school community, where I took on various responsibilities such as leading the morning assembly, maintaining discipline, and supporting fellow teachers in co-curricular programs.
