28/01/2026 In yoga, Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) and Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose) are two fundamental postures that offer unique benefits for both physical stability and mental focus. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) Vrikshasana is a standing balance pose that mimics the steady, rooted nature of a tree. To perform it, you stand on one leg while placing the sole of the other foot against your inner thigh or calf (avoiding the knee).
