INTERNSHIP PHASE 1 . FIRST WEEK REPORT

  21/07/2025 to 26/07/2025 Today marks my first day of school internship in the school St. Johns HSS Mattom.  During my one-week teaching practice at St. John’s HSS Mattom from July 21 to July 26, 2025, I gained significant insights into the dynamics of a real-world English classroom for Class IX-F. I was  leave on 26th .By implementing a variety of pedagogical strategies—including activity-based learning, ICT integration, and collaborative group work—I successfully fostered an environment where students remained highly engaged and enthusiastic. My responsibilities extended beyond instruction to include the preparation of comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments, as well as managing administrative tasks such as tracking attendance and assisting with school assemblies. This immersive experience allowed me to refine my classroom management and communication skills, which matured steadily through consistent practice and constructive feedback.

ATHLON: 65th Annual Sports Event 2025 - July 18, 2025

  The 65th Annual Sports Meet, ATHLON , took place on July 18, 2025, at the College Ground, spanning from 10:00 am to 04:30 pm. The event commenced with an official inauguration by the college principal, Dr. Alie Molly Verghis, who hoisted the flag and received the ceremonial salute. Following a warm welcome address by Mrs. Saranya, the houses participated in a disciplined march past, after which Ms. Adithya M.S. led the athletes in the Sports Pledge and concluded the morning session with a vote of thanks. Competitive events kicked off at 11:00 am, featuring a diverse lineup including 100m and 200m races, a 100m walk, shot put, and discus throw for both boys and girls. The day saw high levels of student engagement and athletic excellence, with individual honors going to Shejil B.S. and Adithya M.S., who emerged as top scorers with 11 and 15 points, respectively. DHWANITHRANGA ARTS FESTIVAL 2025 - July 16, 2025

  The Dhwanithranga Arts Festival 2025 , organized by the Dyuthi College Union of Peet Memorial Training College, was a vibrant two-day celebration held on July 15 and 16. The festival featured a diverse array of 26 competitive items conducted across three stages, achieving a remarkable level of engagement as every student participated in at least one event. The festivities concluded on the afternoon of July 16 with a valedictory session chaired by the college principal, Dr. Alie Molly Verghis. In a spirited competition for the overall championship, Sapphire House emerged victorious with an impressive 123 points, followed in the standings by Ruby House and Emerald House.
