INTERNSHIP PHASE 1 . SECOND WEEK REPORT

During my second week of teaching practice, I experienced a notable increase in my confidence and ability to manage the classroom effectively. By implementing learner-centered strategies—including group activities, role-playing, and pair discussions—and integrating audio-visual aids, I was able to create an engaging and meaningful environment that students truly enjoyed. This approach led to active participation and a visible improvement in their language proficiency.

Beyond instruction, I placed a strategic focus on refining my classroom and time management skills while ensuring that slow learners received the individual attention they needed to succeed.   My involvement also extended to the broader school community, where I took on various responsibilities such as leading the morning assembly, maintaining discipline, and supporting fellow teachers in co-curricular programs. I took a half day leave on 28th of july. by the end of the week, i completed lesson plan upto 7 and i had done the activity session of the lesson DREAMS REALISED from the unit named WINDS OF CHANGE.
